Our last meal and last few hours at the condo. Trina and Brannon help cook while Susan and Greg start packing over 8 suitcases full of cloths and souvenirs.

We woke up at 5:00 in the morning to total darkness. During the next hour, as the sun began to rise, a storm of all storms hit the area. We had no idea what we would do to get the van loaded. When the Lindsey's first got to Orlando, they could barely manage to get their eight suitcases into the mini van. Now, we had the Browns plus another five suit cases to take to the airport. We thought we could tie them on top of the mini van, but when the rain started to hit, we knew we were in trouble.

Looking out at the sun came up, we knew the sky was covered with thunderstorm clouds.	One last time in the kid's bathroom.
Brannon and Greg flip a coin to see who's going to be stupid enough to take the luggage out to the car. Greg won the toss.	Everyone else at the condo, who had to pack up their car, just stared as Brannon and Greg loaded the van. Every once in a while, the lightening would hit just beyond the palm tree and both guys would come a running.
Waiting for our flight in Orlando. Greg had to take his shoes off because they were so wet from loading the luggage.	Eventually, the guys got the van loaded. How we stuffed everyone in the van was amazing. We even got all the seat belts on the kids. Although the kids had huge suitcases on their laps, they were tough and held together until we got to the airport. The Browns had an earlier flight and let almost an hour and a half before us. However, when we got to Phoenix and were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the expedition, we saw the Browns go by us in a shuttle. Seemed the rain storm in Orlando delayed their flight from leaving and we actually landed in Phoenix at the same time.

The overall trip was fantastic. Shelby and Bodie, although they had not had much experience at amusement parks and adventure rides, were both fantastic at trying new things. Bodie can't wait to grow another couple of inches so he can ride a lot more of the roller coasters that go upside down.

After returning to Safford, We all got together and planned out our next trip. We all decided to go on a cruise in July of 2003 on the Carnival Conquest. In doing so, we would skip Orlando next year and do two cruises instead. That would give us another two weeks in 2004 to enjoy Orlando.

Check back later and check out the Carnival Legend cruise in March which will take the Lindseys clear down to the Panama Canal. Later that year, in July 2003, the Browns will meet up with the Lindsey's and travel to the Western Caribbean aboard the Carnival Conquest.
