Adding a wonderful pink tint to her already pink room, Brooklyn loved the Barbie curtains from mom and dad. For years mom had been searching for Barbie material to have curtains made. A month before Brooklyn's birthday, Wal-mart came through with spools of Barbie material!! Thanks to good friend and neighbor Sue Ellen (Analyse's mom), Brooklyn got her long-awaited Barbie curtains to add the perfect touch to her bedroom.

All Brooklyn wanted for her birthday was a real live baby sister. While mom and dad couldn't accommodate that request, Brooklyn was able to hold a real live baby boy, Sue Ellen's first grandson, on her birthday.

What's a birthday without your best friend? Analyse joins the family while Brooklyn opens her presents from us.

Most excited about the gift from Preston, Brookyn jumps up to give her brother a kiss, but has to tackle him first.

Saving the best for last, Brooklyn opens a remote control. Now she has to search from room to room to find out to what it goes.

After searching the house, Brooklyn discovers her big present upstairs in the loft--her very own TV. Now her special play area has a TV just a bit better than the 30-year-old one that was previously up there.

It wasn't hard to decide on this gift. Dad and mom would find her up stairs watching more static than cartoons.
