Monday led to Tuesday, a "Fun Day at Sea". Sailing Southwest to Belize was a slow cruise so everyone could chill from the frustration of travelling to Ft. Lauderdale and getting on the ship. The last thing you want to do is to get up early and hop off onto an island. Sleeping in was the goal for the day.
After enjoying the moment of waking up, not to an alarm clock, but to the gentle motion of the cruise ship was nice. Even the kids slept until the parents got up and started moving around. Later tonight would be the first "Formal Night" so there wasn't much time left to enjoy the sun until it was time to get ready.
Of course, every picture on a "Fun Day at Sea" will include a picture of the kids swimming.
Brooklyn is starting to be more concerned about her tan as she grows older. Like her mom, she can tan instantly and perfectly in about one hour.
The Pride has three main pools on the Liddo deck. This pool is the most forward pool.
The first day left the pools quite empty as most passengers were still recovering from the process of travelling to the cruise ship.
Though the kids are getting older, they still have a good relation ship (Update... as of this cruise) and enjoy posing with one another.
Susan's goal is to work ahead of putting on the weight from the rich food. Here, she uses the jogging track to start the process.

Brooklyn prepares to launch for the first of many slides down the water slide. The slide is located at the rear of the ship and offers a great view.
Although Preston is not old enough to drink, nor should, he is old enough to order a soda from the bar using his soda card which we bought him allowing him unlimited sodas.
Preparing for the First Formal Night...
Greg loves to enjoy the sunset that each day brings. Actually, he loves to enjoy the last few moments before he has to put on a suit and tie. The formal is a six hour event of getting ready, taking pictures, eating and enjoying a Broadway Show.

How ironic. Preston has really been into James Bond movies. Here, the Broadway Show showcased all the songs from the James Bond movies.
We always look forward to visiting our room after the cabin steward has turned down our beds to see what kind of towel animal has been created.
